What sets the Bronx Pale Ale apart from the crowd?

Size.
We’re small and proud of it. The Bronx Pale Ale is hand-crafted in small batches so we can take our time to carefully manage every step of the process.

Superior ingredients.
We painstakingly selected premium barley varietals from world-renowned maltsters in Britain, Germany and the United States and our whole hops come from a specialty hop farm in Oregon that had been family-owned for five generations.

Bold, yet balanced taste.
Five different malts provide a complex blend of nutty, caramel and biscuit flavors, giving the beer substantial mouthfeel and backbone. Four separate hop additions to the brew kettle balance the malts and deliver a distinct and pleasant bitterness.

Assertive hop aroma.
The late-stage addition of over 30 pounds of whole Cascade and Centennial hops at the end of fermentation provides a robust aroma with predominant grapefruit and earthy notes.

Unfiltered, unpasteurized goodness.
We like real beer, real fresh. The Bronx Pale Ale is unfiltered so you get the entire, full-bodied craft flavor and experience and unpasteurized, for a fresh, uncompromised taste.

A big beer.
Checking in at 6.3% alcohol by volume (ABV), the Bronx Pale Ale is stronger than most pale ales, yet wonderfully balanced, without a harsh alcohol aftertaste.

We hope you enjoy this fresh, local beer!
