...and our brewhouse and cellar tanks have been ordered! We've put down the deposit and will now begin working with DME on the design and layout of our equipment. 20bbl brewhouse, 20 & 40bbl cellar tanks will be Bronx-bound in 5-6 months. Stay tuned for details as we continue the build-out.

We are excited to release our third seasonal pale ale, the Bronx Belgian Pale Ale. Two strains of Trappist yeast, one Belgian ale yeast, and Belgian candi sugar highlight this remarkably intricate, fruity, spicy, and earthy straw-colored Belgian Pale Ale. Belgian Pilsner and Biscuit malts from Beloeil and German Vienna malts from Bamberg provide a clean backdrop for the spicy and lightly herbal Sterling hops.

We recently signed on New York Design Architects and DPB Architectural Services as architects for our brewery and tasting room build-out. They conducted an initial site survey on Wednesday, 3/6/13 in preparation of starting work on layout and construction documents. The vision is starting to come together!
